Situation

This seven-acre town-centre commercial property was being devalued by squatting, fly-tipping and scrap metals theft. We were hired to protect the site, maintaining a visible presence around the clock in order to deter any future illegal activity. 

Solution

  • Establishing a conspicuous security presence, in residence and on site 24/7
  • Frequent boundary inspections to deter intruders and limit potential for trespass
  • Supply of site hoardings, concrete bollards and other security fundamentals, adding essential additional levels of protection to the property
  • Ongoing monitoring and maintenance to nip any potential problems in the bud
  • The site is fully protected day and night by security professionals
  • Trespass and theft - and their associated risks - immediately guarded against
  • Damage prevention and conspicuous upkeep meant the property’s appeal was restored, making it more attractive to potential buyers
  • Local concerns over criminality, and disruptive bad PR, were reduced
  • The site is now being redeveloped as a mix of shops, restaurants and flats.
