The scheme encourages employers to support defence and highlight companies that share the same values as the armed forces, and make the extra effort to support, work with and employ serving reservists, armed forces veterans and military spouses/ partners.
To be awarded Bronze Vigilance have signed the Armed Forces Covenant and aligned our values to follow. The Armed Forces Covenant is a pledge acknowledging and understanding that those who serve or who have served in the armed forces, and their families, should be treated with fairness and respect in the communities, economy and society they serve with their lives.
What a great way to end 2018.

Much water has passed under the bridge, but in 2019 we stay true to our founding principles. Among our recent initiatives has been our engagement as signatories to the Armed Forces Covenant, and our participation in its Employer Recognition Scheme. We proudly support those who serve through this initiative and in this podcast we interview Drew Jeacock to tell us more.
