As Vigilance is always endeavouring to be a step ahead, we have partnered with leading integrity consultants, Addveritas to deep dive into internal practices enabling a clear and confidential way in which all staff can freely speak up.
In light of the recent political and media scandals surrounding whistle blowing, it is more important than ever that staff have a system in place to feel safe and confident to speak up about any wrongdoings or concerns.
Addveritas have begun this process through compiling a detailed report based on surveys, interviews and observation to ascertain where improvements can be made.
On the change, Addveritas Partner, Dino Bossi, stated:
What Vigilance is doing in terms of this initiative is truly groundbreaking and I don't think there is anybody else who is doing it.
We look forward to working with Addveritas in the coming months and reporting on the implementation success.
This month we sat with Karen Howes, founder of International interior design firm Taylor Howes. Founded in 1993, Taylor Howes has a reputation of excellence. We were keen to sit with them and discuss how security considerations should be implemented in all businesses, regardless of sector.
Join Vigilance and our charity partner Gurkha Welfare Trust (GWT) for our yearly Dashain Dash in Hyde Park, for an enlightening afternoon of exercise. Race It, walk it, roll it, we don’t mind! Take part in the 5km, or the 10km if you really fancy a challenge; otherwise you could simply register to support us (and cheer on the rest). It’s a good way to get your daily exercise, spend time with friends and colleagues and support a charitable cause.
