As Vigilance is always endeavouring to be a step ahead, we have partnered with leading integrity consultants, Addveritas to deep dive into internal practices enabling a clear and confidential way in which all staff can freely speak up.
In light of the recent political and media scandals surrounding whistle blowing, it is more important than ever that staff have a system in place to feel safe and confident to speak up about any wrongdoings or concerns.
Addveritas have begun this process through compiling a detailed report based on surveys, interviews and observation to ascertain where improvements can be made.
On the change, Addveritas Partner, Dino Bossi, stated:
What Vigilance is doing in terms of this initiative is truly groundbreaking and I don't think there is anybody else who is doing it.
We look forward to working with Addveritas in the coming months and reporting on the implementation success.
