Case Study 01.02.17
Listed mansion in Belgravia
Belgravia's high density of prime properties, lower rates of occupation, and significant foreign embassy presence mean that its residences are often a target for thieves, squatters, protestors and vandals. This property was vacant, with no existing security arrangement. Its features included a swimming pool and spa, needing regular monitoring and maintenance. We were briefed to provide a permanent 24/7 presence onsite, keeping the building secure from intruders and managing property maintenance on behalf of the overseas owners.
