Situation
This seven-acre town-centre commercial property was being devalued by squatting, fly-tipping and scrap metals theft. We were hired to protect the site, maintaining a visible presence around the clock in order to deter any future illegal activity.
Solution
- Establishing a conspicuous security presence, in residence and on site 24/7
- Frequent boundary inspections to deter intruders and limit potential for trespass
- Supply of site hoardings, concrete bollards and other security fundamentals, adding essential additional levels of protection to the property
- Ongoing monitoring and maintenance to nip any potential problems in the bud
- The site is fully protected day and night by security professionals
- Trespass and theft - and their associated risks - immediately guarded against
