Vigilance Awarded Bronze in the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme.

We’re really excited that Vigilance has been awarded Bronze in the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme. 

The scheme encourages employers to support defence and highlight companies that share the same values as the armed forces, and make the extra effort to support, work with and employ serving reservists, armed forces veterans and military spouses/ partners.  

To be awarded Bronze Vigilance have signed the Armed Forces Covenant and aligned our values to follow. The Armed Forces Covenant is a pledge acknowledging and understanding that those who serve or who have served in the armed forces, and their families, should be treated with fairness and respect in the communities, economy and society they serve with their lives. 

What a great way to end 2018.
