To be awarded Bronze Vigilance have signed the Armed Forces Covenant and aligned our values to follow. The Armed Forces Covenant is a pledge acknowledging and understanding that those who serve or who have served in the armed forces, and their families, should be treated with fairness and respect in the communities, economy and society they serve with their lives.

Vigilance was founded a decade ago with clear social enterprise goals. A top priority back in 2008 was to help veterans’ transition into civilian life within our day to day business. Among our recent initiatives has been our engagement as signatories to the Armed Forces Covenant, and our participation in its Employer Recognition Scheme. We proudly support those who serve through this initiative and in this podcast we interview Drew Jeacock to tell us more.
