Alarm Response Service Launched

Vigilance Properties announces today the first batch of new instructions as part of a planned expansion into alarm response services. 

Longstanding collaborator Wiltshire-based Veritas Management Limited has instructed the company on the first 20 of its London alarm response sites, with further planned expansions over the coming months.

Central to meeting this new task will be Vigilance's new RRT group, a select band of employees tasked with meeting the demands of response to alarm activations across the south and east of the UK.

Key to the new service will be meeting the service level agreement that the two firms have brokered over the course of some months; transparency, rapid response times, accurate reporting and professional management of situations will all play important parts in meeting and we hope exceeding client expectations.

Watch this space to see how this new service provision expands in coming months; the company has long planned expansion into this area, and has a number of other large contracts that it is seeking to win to compliment its existing client instructions.
