Situation

Our client assumed control of an 80,000 sq ft City of London property, currently undergoing an extensive refurbishment. The local area is subject to significant anti-capitalist action, and protecting the site is critical. The brief was to secure possession from the vacating tenant, deter squatters, vandals and thieves, and provide a concierge service for visitors associated with the refurbishment.

Solution

  • Installing 24/7 security in residence service in the vacant interior of the building
  • Establishing a base with clear lines of sight to all key access points to enable a constant observation of any comings and goings
  • The concierge desk is manned at the appropriate times, with a friendly and experienced team controlling access, logging and assisting visitors and liaising with contractors
  • Any routine maintenance issues are noted and resolved by the onsite team
  • The property is now protected around the clock from any external threats
  • It is maintained in a clean and ready state, as the building’s condition is continually monitored
  •  Meet and greet visitors service enabled access whenever needed
