Protection of private residence during extensive redevelopment
While being refurbished to an exceptional specification, the seven bedroom, four-storey property was vulnerable to overnight break-in or theft of on-site materials. The owner wanted to strengthen existing site security during the construction project, managing site visits and deliveries, as well as establishing a concierge team to ensure the safety of the buildings once the refurbishment was complete.
