S.O. Good award to Jit Bahadur Gurung

SIA licensed Security Officer Jit Bahadur Gurung wins this month's 'S.O. Good Award' for his loyalty, hard work and the professionalism he has shown to date. All at Vigilance congratulate and award him for his outstanding service, Bravo Jit!

Responsibilities

Jit has worked across many assignments during the last quarter, principally customer locations across Central London and providing short notice front of house security at various serviced office assignments for our customer Workspace. Customers have commented on his performance several times, and our own team have seen him work extremely effectively across all the tasks he has been asked to service. 

Reliable 

During some particularly challenging summer traveller evictions Jit was steadfast, calm and professional; a key team member working under pressure. He is popular and respected by his peers, and his skills and dedication valued by his managers. A major contributing factor to this award is that Jit displays all of the core characteristics that Vigilance encourages in its staff; honesty, loyalty, integrity and diligence. He is an officer that can be relied upon to give his best, whatever the task.Reliable
