Vigilance is delighted to welcome Pip Lee-Woolf MRICS to its ranks as its new Commercial Manager. He will continue to grow our commercial base across the U.K. working closely with Commercial Director, Mark McDonald.
Pip comes with broad commercial real estate experience, including specifying and managing substantial security projects. After qualifying as Chartered Surveyor he started his career working predominantly in Central London retail agency and latterly Fixed Charge Receivership before moving into wider facilities management, including building security and property maintenance, for a range of commercial clients nationwide.
Commercial Director Mark McDonald commented, "To have someone of Pip's calibre will truly add significant value to the Vigilance Management team and client base. His experience in property to date will allow him to have a better understanding of both sides of what we do, especially that of LPA receivership which will be a growth area over the coming years. I am excited to have him on board and look forward to seeing his results"
