Since becoming B Corp certified, our journey has been one of growth and impact. This year's report highlights our strides across all five B Corp impact areas: Governance, Workers, Community, Environment, and Customers. Every decision reflects our mission to deliver Security with Integrity, from reducing our carbon footprint to deepening our support for our communities.

Our B Corp Journey - Building on Heritage and Values

At Vigilance, our military heritage is more than a foundation; it is the guiding force behind our unwavering commitment to excellence. Many of our team members come from the Armed Forces, including the Brigade of Gurkhas, and their values of discipline, integrity, and service inspire everything we do.
