VIGILANCE PROPERTIES LIMITED ACQUIRED BY ORBIS PROTECT

Vigilance is delighted to announce its acquisition by Orbis Protect Group (Orbis), a UK leader in vacant property services, site security systems and lone worker protection.

This strategic venture extends the decade-long partnership with Orbis, enhancing the Group’s sector leading delivery of innovative security solutions and superior customer experiences.

Vigilance will remain a standalone business within Orbis, continuing to provide its unique, ESG-focussed and highly certified specialist security services to its loyal customer base.

The exceptional Vigilance senior management team led by CEO Seb MacKenzie-Wilson, COO Ed Mills and Commercial Director, Mark McDonald will remain in place.

Speaking of the acquisition Orbis CEO, Ben Howard announced:
